2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the date of your purchase and the email address you used when you made the purchase, so that we can locate your order. If you have an order or transaction number, please include it as well.
- You will receive a confirmation that we have received your request within 3 business days.
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of your request, to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing
Once we have located your order, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we expressly agree with you on a different method. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund.
After we issue the refund, the time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, and may take several additional business days. If you have not seen the credit after that time, please contact us and we will provide confirmation of the refund.
5. Access After a Refund
Because the guide is a digital product, it cannot be physically returned. When your refund is issued, your license to use the guide ends, and any access links associated with your purchase may be deactivated. We ask that you delete any copies of the guide that you have downloaded and refrain from further use or distribution of its content.
6. Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. A refund under our guarantee is usually the fastest way to get your money back, while a chargeback can take considerably longer to resolve.
This request does not limit any right you have to dispute a charge under federal or state law or under the policies of your card issuer. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider with information about your purchase, and access to the guide may be deactivated while the dispute is pending.

This Refund Policy describes a voluntary guarantee. The laws of your state of residence may give you additional rights regarding refunds, cancellations, or consumer purchases. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
